What do you need from me to prepare a quotation?

The item or service, an approximate quantity, the size or format if you know it, when you need it and which emirate it is delivered to. A short description of the purpose helps us recommend the right materials.

Do you deliver outside Dubai?

Yes. We deliver across all seven Emirates. Tell us the delivery emirate in your quote request so it can be included.

I don’t have print-ready artwork. Can you help?

Yes. We can design the item from your logo and brand guidelines, or prepare your existing files for print by checking bleed, resolution, colour mode and fonts.

Will I approve the design before production?

Yes. We send you the final design to check on screen, as a PDF or a mock-up, and nothing goes into production until you approve it. A physical sample can be made on request; it adds cost and time, so it is quoted separately.

Can you print small quantities?

Many items can be produced in short runs, usually with digital printing. Minimum quantities depend on the item, material and finish, and we confirm them in the quotation.

How do I send my artwork files?

Submit the quote form first. We reply with your enquiry reference, and you can then send files by email or WhatsApp. Large files can be shared with a download link.

Can I get prices for ready-made branded gifts?

Yes. Browse the gift catalogue, add the items you like to your Quote List with quantities and options, and send it. We reply with one quotation for the whole list. There is no checkout or online payment.
