Overview
What this service covers
Corporate print is the part of your brand people hold in their hands during the moments that matter: a first meeting, a proposal hand-over, a signed agreement.
We help you choose formats, papers and finishes that fit how each item is used, then prepare the artwork so the whole set prints consistently, with Arabic and English laid out to read correctly on one side or front and back.
- 85 × 55 mm
- 350–700 gsm

Pricing
What shapes the price
Every quotation comes down to the same four things. Quantity matters most; drag it below to see how the production method changes.
- 01QuantityThe price per piece falls as the run grows. Past a few hundred, offset usually takes over from digital.
- 02PaperHeavier boards and textured or coloured stocks cost more than standard silk or uncoated.
- 03FinishesFoil, embossing, spot UV and painted edges each add a step, and most need their own setup.
- 04Colour and sidesPrinting both sides, or matching an exact Pantone colour, changes the press and the price.

Usually the right fit
Digital
Short runs and personalised items: names, titles and numbers can change on every piece.
Offset above 500 pieces
Guidance only; we confirm the method in your quotation.
Before you order
Notes, files and finishes
Short references to read before you order: what to plan for, how to prepare your artwork and which finish suits the piece.
01Production notes 4
- Keep type sizes readable at final size — small print that looks fine on screen can fill in on textured paper.
- Match the colour approach across items printed on different papers; the same brand colour can look different on coated and uncoated stock.
- Plan names and titles as a data list when many people need their own cards.
- Foil and embossing are hard to judge on screen; we show them on a mock-up, and a physical sample can be quoted if you need one.

01
Bleed and safe area
Extend any colour or image that touches the edge 3 mm past the trim line, so no white sliver shows after cutting. Keep text and logos at least 4 mm inside the trim; the blade can drift by a millimetre.
02
Image resolution
Photos need 300 ppi at the size they will print. Images taken from websites or messages are usually 72 ppi and turn soft or blocky on paper, even when they look sharp on screen.
03
Colour mode
Supply files in CMYK, not RGB. Screens can show brighter greens, blues and oranges than ink can print, so convert early and judge the colours before you approve.
04
Rich black for large areas
Big black backgrounds print deeper as rich black (C40 M30 Y30 K100). Keep body text and fine lines in 100% black only, or the colours can show at the edges.
05
Fonts
Embed every font in the PDF or convert text to outlines. A missing font is replaced by another one, and line breaks, spacing and Arabic shaping can change.
06
Logos and line art
Send logos as vector files: AI, EPS, SVG or PDF. Vectors stay sharp at any size; a logo copied from a website or a screenshot cannot be enlarged cleanly.
07
Smallest sizes
Keep text at 6 pt or larger, and 7 pt for reversed or thin fonts. Lines thinner than 0.25 pt can break up or disappear in print.
08
Finishes on their own layer
Foil, spot UV and embossing are made from separate artwork. Put each finish on its own layer or spot colour, named clearly, in exact position over the print.
09
Folds and panels
Folded pieces are not divided equally. On a tri-fold, the panel that folds inside is 2–3 mm narrower; we send the right template before you design.
10
QR codes and barcodes
Print codes at least 20 mm wide, dark on light, with a clear margin all round. Scan the final proof with more than one phone before you approve it.
11
Proofreading
We print what you approve. Check names, phone numbers, emails, prices and dates on the final proof, ideally with someone who did not write them.
12
Exporting the PDF
Export as PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4, single pages in reading order, with crop marks and bleed included. One file per item keeps everything easy to check.
13

FAQ
Corporate Printing: common questions
Can you print business cards for a whole team?
Yes. Send the names and details in a spreadsheet and we set up one approved design for everyone, then send them for your approval before printing.
Do you design corporate stationery as well as print it?
Yes. We can adapt your existing brand into stationery layouts, or prepare your own designer’s files for print.
Which paper should I choose for business cards?
It depends on the impression you want and how the card will be used. We usually show a few stock and finish combinations so you can compare weight and texture before deciding.
Can I order a small quantity first?
Yes. Short runs are usually printed digitally, which suits smaller quantities and personalised items. We will confirm the best method in your quotation.
Can you print bilingual Arabic and English cards?
Yes. We set the Arabic and English so each reads correctly, either on one side or front and back, and you check both on screen before anything is printed.
Can you match our brand colours?
We work from your CMYK or Pantone references and suggest papers that hold the colour well. The same colour can look different on coated and uncoated stock, so we flag it and suggest the paper that suits your colours best.
Will I see a proof before you print?
Yes. You approve a final PDF proof of every item before production starts, and we inspect the printed pieces before delivery. A physical sample can be quoted if you need to feel the paper and finish first.
How long does corporate printing take?
It depends on the item, quantity and finish: plain digital cards are quicker than foil, embossing or bound company profiles. Your quotation states the production time, counted from your artwork approval.
Do you deliver outside Dubai?
Yes. We deliver to offices across all seven Emirates; the delivery cost for your emirate is shown as its own line on the quotation.
